Returns are allowed for 14 days. Customer is reponsible for shipping charges. Jewerly must be in original condition. The wrap bracelets cannot be changed in length. These are original works of art, made in Grand Haven, MI. But if decription shows a varience in length- it has an extra closure at end to change length.
